Recondition & Recycle Used Scissors & Shears

Worn scissors are needlessly discarded. Almost all of them, including those that are severely abused, can be restored and used again, at prices much lower than purchasing new stock.

Reconditioning virtually renews used scissors. Entire inventories can be recycled, often three or four times. Dramatic cost reductions are the result.

Reconditioned scissors or shears are unconditionally guaranteed to perform as well as when new, or they will be replaced by equivalent new models.

Available for all makes and models of industrial scissors and shears, reconditioning includes the following: 

* Removal of all rust and corrosion.

* New hardware.                                                   

* Repair of damaged blades.

* Blade realignment.

* Restoration of screw hole threads.

* Tension adjustment.

* Refurbishing of inside blade surfaces.

* Polishing.                             

* Correctly sharpened cutting blades.

* Correctly serviced integral blades.

* Coating with rust preventative.  

* Performance testing. 

Rather than disposing of scissors that no longer cut properly, ship them to us for reconditioning. Each pair will be inspected and only those judged suitable for service will be processed.

Scissors that require sharpening only will be serviced and charged accordingly. We will dispose of any unserviceable models unless requested to return them.

Work is ordinarily completed within three days of receipt. A detailed report is included with each order.
